Cancellation Policy

- Orders placed online can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, all sales are considered final and no cancellations will be accepted.
- Custom orders (i.e., any personalized or made-to-order products) cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
2. Manual Orders (Processed by Us):
- If your order is processed manually by us (outside of our online system), you have 24 hours from the time the order was confirmed to request a cancellation.
- Payment for manually processed orders will be sent via a pay link. If payment is not completed within 72 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
